4/2 Upper Nehmabin Shore Dive #2

Paul was so excited to dive with Pete, since Tom blew him off...again

Well even though we advertised the next day's dive at the very exciting dive meeting, only a few troupers (not Ryan - no pun intended LOL) showed up (close to the designated time) for diving on Upper Nehmabin.

The clean newer trailer was already in the lot, which was slightly under water at Panga, notice the very large puddle behind it to the right (more later on that).

Pete was ready to go in

Jeff not so much, really not even here yet, but if you look closely at the shoes they are all wet since he took shortcut through the puddle :)

Roger got to go all alone, he was way ready

He needed no encouragement to pounce in and be gone, actually before Jeff showed up.

Then Paul and Pete Jumped in while being observed by Tom and John, yes Jeff was still MIA. Tom volunteered to watch the trailer since we were in a high crime area

Yup, Roger was long gone

Then Jeff arrived and being a bit late means you must be punished and dive with John...the river is going to eat you two up like it does every other year, which means John's feet turn blue and the other divers wait for a long time to see if we make it safely back to shore, well not really they have a beer and laugh that we got lost again. John was determined NOT to find the river nor the toilet.

Well the Jeff/John went WAY out for 75 minutes found all kinds of new goodies and successfully avoided the river. It was very close to absorbing them if you look at the track, but we missed it this year.

The crew of 5 went into the updated Panga Bar and had a wonderful meal and a few brews. No, we didn't participate in Bingo and did believe the game was rigged anyway with a certain patron winning 5 games in a row. Fun time in the 37 degree water, warmed up in the trailer for a bit. Yes, John's feet were blue and the boys did have a pre-game beverage waiting for us.

Jeff & John's treasures were so worth it!
