12/29/24 Last Shore Dive of the Year Nag - Cool

ree

Well the weather was pleasant and the ice was clear (verified by someone the day before), so what better thing to do than go diving with the crew before new year begins.

Paul, Pete, Jeff and Mark were visited by Otter & his owner. Trailer was warm and full of very good smells, well what Otter thought. Divers went down to 50 feet with a good 40 foot visibility. Pete and Paul and Mark and Jeff paired up

Found a few goodies, Nice anchor, glasses, golf ball and a newer Iphone-14 that could still work, Mark's going to check it out and bring it to next dive meeting.

Day before the view was like this.

ree

Just a little ice over by the road.

ree

Then overnight, the 35 degree water froze a bit.

ree

So the beach had a little bit of ice on it, but you can almost tell where they traveled out :)

ree

a few crossed paths, but the mermaid is now clean...No more crabs

ree

If you want to know where it is

ree

Overall a great day for a dive, the guys all "over" fed Otter and now he wants to visit the food trailer much more often...Go figure.

Happy New Year!
