Just another windy day on the lake. Travel conditions on the lake was not bad, with about and inch of slush on top of the ice from the rain we were able to travel over close to stumpy bay. We set up to try and block the 40 mph wind gusts and cut our hole though an amazing 17 inches of ice. Five divers brought back various treasures for our mentor Denis to inspect. Among the finds was a nice anchor, bottles & jars, Including a nice embossed milk bottle, Roger found a nice pink i phone that he hopes to get working for his wife and of course what is a dive without a chamber pot. I guess John is not the only one that loves those ! Among the group that was able to get up in time to go diving ,with the new daylight saving schedule, were Jeff, Jim, Paul, Roger ,Denis and Pete. After closing up our hole we dined on Brats and some faboulus cake and brownies provided by Jim and Jeff. Thank you all for another fun day on the ice !!!!
